Return & Refund

We want you and your pet to love your Dupih order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Raising a return: To be eligible, you must contact us to raise a return or report an issue within 3 days of your order being shipped. All requests are subject to verification before approval.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, used or worn items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email dupihcare@gmail.com within 3 days of shipping with clear photos. After verification, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

How to start: Email dupihcare@gmail.com with your order number and reason, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds: Once a return is received, inspected, and verified, approved refunds are processed to your original (prepaid) payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped — contact us as soon as possible.
